After reaching level 10 and completing The Second Test, you will be granted the option of choosing a secondary Class.
To change or get your second job, speak to a Class Manager. To switch between classes, use the basic skill, Class Revolving (you are given this skill when you create your character). At any time, you can change your main or secondary class by visiting a Class Manager.
You can level up every class individually. You will not be able to receive any quests while you are actively playing your secondary class, but you can still complete the quests you get while playing your main class. You can also choose to aggressively fight monsters or "grind" your way through the leveling process.
Note that grinding is easier when playing your secondary class as you get a more experience from killing monsters. Your second job will still receive the same skills at the same levels as it would as your main job.
